Project Rapture Camp was built in Playa Maderas, San Juan Del Sur, on a lot with a stunning and privileged vista.
In total, the project is 300 m2 of construction plus an infinity shaped pool.
The construction system used is a metal structure with COVINTEC walls. The floors are concrete with an integral fine finish.
Project Triplex
Engineering, Design and Building Services
Triplex is a beautiful and elaborate project built in Playa Marsella, San Juan Del Sur.
In total, it is a project of 600 m2 of construction made up of 3 apartments, on 3 different levels.
It is a very complex project since it was built on swampy terrain, so many foundation and structural systems were used in this build.
